i am going to have to update this in parts, because so much has happened this weekend that it isnt even funny. but to continue my blog from saturday on this one, i was crazy busy on saturday because i got the oil changed and tires rotated on my car (which took me about two and a half hours at tire kingdom, while i had the kids with me trying to keep them busy, so in the meantime i took them to breakfast at mcdonalds let them play on the playground there, took them to the .99 store by there, and also let them run around outside. and then it was finally done. i did my weekly shopping at walmart, and then i took them to the party store to get their costumes for halloween, my son is going to be superman and my daughter is going to be cinderella. she was that last year, and said that she wanted to be that again. so i also got some decorations for the house, and candy and stuff for if we have trick or treaters come, so my total bill there was 65 dollars. ouch. that hurt. then we came home, ate a little lunch, then we went to the grocery store and i did my weekly grocery shopping. which the bill was also ouch there. so the reason that i was doing all this was because i wanted to have sunday to relax and chill out and spend time with the kids.
which i had plenty of time on sunday as it turns out (more on the next post about that). sunday i took the kids to the mall, met my parents there so that they could see them to, did some light shopping at two stores there, had lunch, then took the kids for ice cream at an ice cream shop that they happen to love in the area. and they enjoyed all that. then later on that day i took them outside to ride their bikes in our development where we live, which they also enjoyed doing. here are some pictures:
